Industry solution · Logistics

ERP for logistics that carries the courier, the warehouse and the invoice on one system

Forwarding in one program, the warehouse in a second, accounting in a third - and a person retyping between them. We connect them on one core, the same one that runs Econt Shop.

Sound familiar?

Where a logistics operation loses its time

Not in the driving. In the retyping between the systems that do not talk to each other.

The same data, typed three times

The order arrives by email, gets typed into the warehouse program, then again into accounting. Every retype is a chance to be wrong.

The waybill lives outside the system

Labels are created by hand in the courier's own panel and the tracking numbers are pasted back one by one - if anyone remembers.

Nobody knows the real stock

Several sites, several spreadsheets. The answer to "do we have it" depends on who you ask and when they last looked.

Month-end is archaeology

Invoices get reconstructed from correspondence, because the document was never created where the operation happened.

Today · five places, none of them knows about the others
The order, by email
The courier's own panel
Excel with the stock
The accounting program
The warehouse notebook
With PLANA · one place, one record
PLANA - the core
  • The order is entered once
  • The waybill comes out of it
  • The stock drops by itself
  • The invoice is born from the same record
  • The fleet sees what is coming

How it is built

Three layers, and only the top one is about logistics

The foundation is the same for every sector we work in. That is why a logistics rollout does not start from zero - and why it can grow later without being rebuilt.

LAYER 1

Platform - one core, shared by every sector

Sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting and documents on one database. One record of what was ordered, what moved and what was invoiced - so there is nothing to reconcile between programs, because there is only one program.

  • orders and purchasing
  • inventory
  • accounting
  • documents (DMS)
  • users and permissions
LAYER 2

Capabilities - what the platform already does

These are not plans. Each of them is either a package we sell today or something built and running in a delivered project.

  • Econt, Speedy and DHL integration
  • automated waybills and tracking numbers
  • multi-company on one logistics framework
  • real-time data exchange over the courier API
  • orders generated automatically between the parties
  • accounting documents posted to the general ledger
  • DAC7 reporting
  • WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify
LAYER 3

Logistics - what we configure for your operation

The layer that differs from company to company: which sites hold stock, who is allowed to order what, which courier serves which direction, and what has to reach accounting without anyone touching it.

  • centralised warehousing across sites
  • route planning
  • stock levels and reordering
  • vendor portal
  • ordering interface for your offices
  • export to the accounting system

Econt Shop - procurement for a courier network

In production

Bulgaria's leading logistics company needed to centralise the procurement of the packaging materials its daily operations run on. Together we built Econt Shop - an integrated marketplace where every office orders from approved vendors, and each order automatically becomes a purchase order in Econt's system and a sales order in the vendor's.

450+offices ordering through one platform
5 000+employees in the organisation
  • A triple logistic model - several companies operating inside one logistics framework, on a shared database.
  • Shipping labels and tracking numbers generated automatically, with vendors notified in real time.
  • Accounting documents created and posted to the general ledger of Econt, the partners and the vendors - including export to the central tax accounting and DAC7 reporting.
  • Integration with WooCommerce, Magento and Shopify, so fulfilment across several storefronts is managed in one place.

How it runs

What a rollout looks like

STEP 1

Analysis

We follow one real order end to end and write down every place it is retyped.

STEP 2

Integration

We configure the modules and connect the couriers, the bank and the storefronts you already use.

STEP 3

Training

Your team learns the system on your own data, not on a demo database.

STEP 4

Support

We stay on after go-live, when the real exceptions start showing up.

Tell us where your orders get retyped

30 minutes. We follow one order through your operation and say plainly which parts we can connect and which we cannot.
