Nearly 853 new businesses will receive funding under the Technology Modernisation Programme from the Department for Innovation and Growth. The total budget of the approved projects exceeds BGN 76 million. This is part of the Recovery and Sustainability Plan (RSP) and aims to accelerate the digitisation and modernisation of small and medium-sized businesses in Bulgaria.
The focus of the programme is on micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, including family businesses and artisans, who want to introduce new technologies, ERP/CRM systems, digital document management (DMS), process automation or a complete modernisation of their operations.
The programme also allows funding for setting up online shops, enabling a better online presence and competitiveness.
