Price for migration of standard Odoo features and basic PLANA Business Cloud functionalities: €2,200 (excl. VAT), regardless of project size.
For clients with custom software developments or complex third-party integrations, an individual quote will be provided by your consultant following a technical analysis.
FAQ
All our plans include access to many apps on scalable shared cloud infrastructure, including hosting, incremental daily backups, email integration, top-notch security, 24/7 monitoring, and a control center to manage your PLANA t-core environment.
Our Priority SLA service includes unlimited access to our support by Phone or our HELPDESK, from Monday to Friday, 24/7, in Bulgarian, English or Russian. Upgrades are also included in all our plans at no extra fee.

The Pro plan is for companies that want to manage multiple companies with more complex processes on a single database and that need to customize PLANA Business Cloud. Also it is possible to order ad-hoc custom developments or third party API integrations.
The Implementation service includes a package of premium services by a dedicated consultant. During the implementation phase, you will have a Project Manager assigned to you to analyze your requirements and configure your
PLANA
Apps according to your needs. The consultant will also train you on how to use the Apps, coach you on how you can use PLANA's functions and features to grow your business. He will also customize your PLANA apps. Based on the apps and number of custom apps you selected, a pack will be preselected that best fits the typical number of hours needed to start using PLANA successfully. Our consultants will do their best efforts to help you get started with PLANA within that time.
Before implementation, our consultant will analyze the way your business runs and suggest the best way to use PLANA . We will handle all configuration and coach you on how to use PLANA. This service is organized through planned sessions (over the telephone or online) where our consultant will carry out a more in-depth analysis of your needs to see what can be improved in line with the functional possibilities of PLANA Apps. We will provide you and will help you to prepare your own internal training and knowledge material so that you are always able to use your PLANA.
For advanced needs, such as custom development, you can work with us. We offer project management services, developments, training and integration services. Developments carried out by us are charged per hour.
This fixed fee covers the entire upgrade process for all standard Odoo modules and functionalities included in the Odoo plans. It applies to projects using the system's core logic without custom-coded modifications. The price includes the database migration and the update of the system architecture to the latest release.
If your current system includes specific modifications or integrations with external software, these elements may require manual code refactoring or adaptation to remain compatible with the new Odoo version. Since the complexity of these custom solutions varies, your consultant will perform a detailed review to ensure that all your unique business tools continue to function flawlessly after the upgrade.
