A shop on top of the ERP
- products and variants from the same catalogue
- stock as it is now, not as it was last night
- the price that belongs to the customer who logged in
- quantity discounts and promotions
- online and offline payment methods
Not a copy. Not a nightly export. The same product records, the same stock and the same prices - shown outward. Which is why a price change does not need a second person and a second system.
Познато ли е?
Once in the system, once in the shop. A new product goes online a week late, and an old one stays up because nobody remembered.
Stock on the site is from last night's import. The order comes in, and then somebody calls to apologise.
They have agreed prices but cannot see them. So they email or call, and someone types the order in on their behalf.
The waybill is typed into the courier's own site, the number is copied back by hand, and the customer asks where the parcel is.
What it covers
The website is not a brochure bolted onto the side. It is one more face of the same database.
Proof
The AIRCON B2B portal sells straight from the ERP: the catalogue a partner sees is the catalogue the team works with inside, with technical filters down the side and the customer's own price.
Products, descriptions and stock live in the ERP only. Orders placed on the site are recorded straight into sales, so publishing a catalogue stops eating days of someone's week.
How it runs
We look at where product data actually lives today and what it would take for the shop to read it instead of copying it.
A single B2B group goes on the portal with their real prices, so the pricing rules are proved before everyone sees them.
Couriers and payment methods are connected last, once orders already arrive in the right place.
One platform
A shop is the visible end of a longer chain. These are the parts behind it.
30 minutes. Tell us how a new product reaches the site today, and we will say plainly how many of those steps stop existing.
