PLANA One App is a cloud-based platform and does not require installation. You only need internet access and a web browser.
You get full access to one application, 2 users, 1 GB of storage space, and support through the forum. The system provides an empty platform with pre-loaded settings that we’ve created to facilitate and speed up the start of your work. The included features depend on the package you choose.
After registering and creating your profile, you can select one application to be activated in your system and confirm your order. We will send you a confirmation once you have access to the system. This typically happens within 24 hours of your order.
No, the free plan only grants access to one selected application. However, you can upgrade to one of our other plans, PLANA Plus or PLANA Pro, or add functionality to support your work.
The system is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, with no special technical skills required. If needed, we offer training and assistance with setup.
The system is provided with an empty database. If you have difficulties setting up or working with the software, you can order the “Training and Implementation” service. Our specialist will show you how to set up the platform, import initial data (such as customer information or product catalogs), and provide detailed guidance on using the selected module.
